A roll of heavy duty duct tape.
Plastic wrap.
EMT scissors for cutting your foot free.

Plan on taking about 15 minutes for this task.

PLEASE TAPE WHILE STANDING! I have discovered this is crucial for fit. If you prefer a looser fit, wear two pairs of socks while taping.
